Supporting businesses, school leavers, youth charities and universities, our passion is to share our knowledge and through experiential learning, help people grow to enable them to help others and be the best version of themselves. Whether you book a bespoke 1-on-1 coaching session, a Mental Health First Aid workshop for your team or you want to develop new leaders, managers or supervisors, we guarantee an energetic and enriching experience. We have the capabilities, skills and context to deliver relevant and meaningful training that your people deserve.
Our service includes a free and comprehensive initial consultation to help identify gaps and opportunities. We can explore the options available, either one-to-one coaching or attend facilitated workshops delivered on-site or remote.
With the exception of the Public Speaking / Presenting Skills session (this can be tailored for mass numbers), workshops are capped at no more than 15 attendees to ensure maximum participation. We also offer group discounts for larger team bookings.

Our Experience

After decades of military service, having held a number of leadership and teaching roles, we thought it was time for a change of direction to share our knowledge and experience with others on their own journey.
