David Nicholson

As a husband, dad and with a 26 year career as a military leader, I have been privileged to be surrounded by exceptional humans. Drawing on my experiences and my burning desire to mentor and coach those around me, my passion is unlocking people’s potential. 

Having the ability to influence, build trust and empower your team is key to success as a leader. I help my clients understand this, the challenges of leadership, the importance of selflessness, putting others first as well as helping develop confidence. I am also passionate about developing communication and presenting skills, the ability to effectively mentor and coach teams, and improving the welfare and wellbeing of teams.
